Trip.com Customer Service Unreachable After Boarding Denial

I am experiencing a serious issue regarding my Saudia Airlines flight ticket purchased through Trip.com. On March 27, 2026, I was denied boarding for my flight departing from Istanbul Airport (reservation number 100332193524) because I did not have a form required by the Manila government. However, Trip.com never provided any notification about this requirement—no email, no SMS, and no in-app alert.
Since no guidance or warning was given regarding the required documents, I believe this situation is entirely due to Trip.com’s failure to inform me. As a result, I missed my flight and incurred additional expenses. Despite this, I have also had significant difficulty reaching Trip.com customer service. I have not been able to get results through live chat, and I cannot connect to a representative by phone.
I request that my losses caused by this lack of information be compensated, including a full refund of my ticket and reimbursement of the additional expenses I incurred. I also ask for a clear and prompt written response regarding this matter.
