Trip.com Fails to Fix Name Error on AirAsia Flight Ticket
I purchased a flight ticket from Manila to Istanbul through Trip.com for AirAsia, paying $1,368 with my credit card. My reservation number is 638320360778418. However, when I reviewed the issued ticket, I noticed that the name on the ticket was generated using the details of a different passenger from a previous booking with a different name.
About a week ago, I submitted a request both to correct the name and, if necessary, to receive a refund. Despite this, neither the name error has been corrected nor has my ticket been refunded. I am being negatively affected by this issue, which is clearly caused by a system error, and I am unable to use the ticket.
I request that the name on the reservation be corrected with my accurate information without any additional charges so that I can use the ticket without issues. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of the ticket price.
