BetterMe FZCO Charged Me Monthly Even Though No Subscription Appears

I am unable to cancel my subscription to the BetterMe FZCO Pilates app because it does not appear anywhere in the app or in my App Store/Google Play subscriptions. Despite this, for at least the last 4–5 months — most recently on November 16, 2025 — I have been charged about $9 every month. These charges continue even though I do not use the subscription, which has caused a significant inconvenience.

I have not contacted customer service yet. I have the payment receipts as proof. I am requesting a full refund of all charges and the immediate cancellation of this subscription.
