I am writing regarding a problem with my Konami ID account that started yesterday, which is linked to eFootball. After clearing the cache data, I realized that my in-game data is now missing. Until this action, I had full access to my eFootball progress, but afterward, my account no longer shows my previous data. I contacted support and was told to wait two weeks for a response. Considering that this issue appeared immediately after clearing cache data and has affected all my eFootball progress linked to my Konami ID, this situation is very worrying for me. I request that my missing eFootball data linked to my Konami ID be fully restored and that the necessary checks be carried out on my account as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue urgently, restore my data, and inform me of the result.
No response has been received.
