Fampay Auto-Debited ₹140 to Google Play Without My Consent

I am filing a complaint regarding an automatic payment of ₹1950 that was debited from my FamPay account on March 8, 2026, for a Google One subscription.
This payment was processed automatically, and I did not clearly authorize or intend for this renewal to occur in this manner. I use FamPay in Guwahati, and I only noticed the deduction after the money had already been taken from my balance.
As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted both FamPay support and Google support to ask for clarification and request a reversal. However, my concern was not taken seriously, and I did not receive any proper guidance, follow-up, or clear explanation as to why this automatic debit could not be reversed.
This situation has caused financial inconvenience, as ₹1950 is a significant amount for me, and I believe that an auto payment of this value should not be processed without clear and visible confirmation from the user.
Since I did not intend to continue this Google One subscription in this way, I do not accept this charge.
I therefore request that FamPay urgently review this transaction and arrange a full refund of the ₹1950 debited for the Google One subscription, and provide written confirmation once the refund has been completed.
