I Paid Bonus on Betsafe but Didn’t Receive My Payout and Was Asked to Pay Again

I deposited a bonus payment on the Betsafe site after they told me it was required to receive my winnings. However, even after completing that payment, they did not transfer the money to my account as promised. Instead, they demanded yet another bonus payment, this time calling it a commission fee.

I already fulfilled my part of the agreement, but the platform keeps asking for more money without delivering any payout. This has caused financial loss and completely destroyed my trust in the site. It feels like they are deliberately stalling and misleading users.
