Betsafe Demands ₺5750 After Bonus Win, Claims Unknown Lower League Rule

I won a match on Betsafe and was told I needed to pay a bonus activation fee to withdraw my winnings. I complied and made the payment, after being assured that I could withdraw my funds afterward. But once that was done, I was told I had played on a “lower league match” and now had to pay an additional ₺5750 to receive my winnings.

I was never informed of such a rule upfront, and it feels like they are inventing reasons to delay or block payouts. There is no clear explanation of this so-called policy, and no proof that it even exists.

I demand full transparency, a clear explanation of these withdrawal conditions, and the immediate release of my winnings without further charges. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
