I’m deeply frustrated with Betnef for refusing to pay out my winnings. Initially, they blamed the non-payment on incomplete bonus turnover requirements. After completing twice the required turnover, they came up with a new excuse, claiming I had multiple accounts.
This platform seems to have no intention of honoring withdrawals, especially when users win. Their constant excuses and unprofessional behavior have caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time.
