Betsafe Withheld My Payout After Bonus Payment and Demanded More Under Commission

I deposited a bonus payment as instructed on the Betsafe platform, after being told it was required to unlock my earnings. However, once I made the payment, the funds were never credited to my account as promised. Instead, they came back asking for another bonus deposit, this time labeled as a “commission fee.”

Despite fulfilling the original condition in good faith, the platform continued to demand more money without delivering any payout. I’ve now spent money and received nothing in return, which has left me feeling manipulated and financially strained. I also discovered that others are experiencing the same issue, which raises serious concerns about the site’s credibility.

I demand a full refund of the bonus payment I submitted and immediate release of my winnings without any further charges.
