Ignored and Out of Pocket: Bets10's Mishandled Withdrawal

On April 10, 2025, at 7:55 AM, I asked to take out ₺20,000 from Bets10 to my Garanti Bank account. Oops, I accidentally picked an old IBAN from a closed account. I quickly sent an email to explain what was going on. They looked into it and got back to me saying, “your issue has been sorted out,” but then they sent the money to the same closed account again. It's been a month, and I still haven't gotten the money. Whenever I reach out to them, they just reply with a receipt and keep saying the money has been sent. In the end, they said there wouldn't be any more action taken. I feel like I’ve been left to handle a problem that could have been fixed easily if they had just paid a bit more attention.
