My Transfer Missing - Not Reflected In Bets10 Account

I am writing this complaint to resolve the money transfer issue I am experiencing with Garanti Bank. About 2–3 weeks ago, my friend sent ₺500 to my Bets10 account through Garanti. When I previously deposited ₺1000 from my own account, the money transferred to my Bets10 balance without any problem, but the ₺500 my friend sent never appeared in my Bets10 account. When we called Garanti customer service, they said the transaction appeared successful, the money had been sent, and there was no issue on their side. Despite this, the amount does not show up in my Bets10 account, leaving a situation where the money seems lost. I request that Garanti thoroughly investigate the ₺500 transaction my friend sent, clarify exactly where the money went, and refund it to me if it did not reach my Bets10 account—or ensure the problem is resolved and the funds are transferred to my Bets10 balance.
