Bets10 Deleted My Account After ₺12,000 Deposit And Refused Refund
On August 24, 2025, while my account was active on the Bets10 live betting platform, I deposited a total of ₺12,000 via Garanti Bank. Right after completing the payment, I found myself locked out of my account, and shortly after, my account was deleted without any explanation.
When I attempted to contact customer service, I was told that my money would only be refunded if I deposited an additional ₺12,000. This demand was clearly untrustworthy and unacceptable, so I refused to make another payment. I also tried to cancel the transfer through the bank, but I never received any confirmation, and my funds were not returned.
Currently, I cannot log in to my account, I have no access to my funds, and I have not received any official communication from Bets10 regarding the situation. Even worse, when I threatened to escalate the issue and publish what happened, I was kicked off the system immediately.
I have been seriously wronged in this process, and I demand the immediate refund of the ₺12,000 I deposited. Players deserve transparency and security, not deceptive practices and silence when their money is at stake.
