On August 11, 2025, I transferred ₺1,750 to my Bets10 account using my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card. However, even after two full days, the funds have still not been credited to my account. When I log in, there is no record of the transaction—no movement history, no notification, nothing.
I contacted customer support, and they claimed that the deposit was not made to their account. This explanation makes no sense because I accessed the same official Bets10 site I have always used. The site’s address, interface, and appearance were exactly the same, so it’s impossible that I mistakenly deposited to a fake or incorrect site. I have the transaction reference number, and my account username is m***********@gmail.com.
I am requesting that my ₺1,750 deposit be immediately credited to my Bets10 account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will stop using the platform altogether. I expect Bets10 to take responsibility, investigate the transaction, and ensure my funds are applied without further delay.
