Betnano Delays High-Amount Withdrawal via Papara

I'm patiently awaiting my withdrawal from Betnano. I encountered an issue when attempting to make a withdrawal using Papara. In the past, I didn't encounter any problems with smaller withdrawal amounts. However, this time, the amount I wanted to withdraw was higher, and unfortunately, I wasn't provided with any clear information. I was told that a refund of ₺880 would be issued soon, but no specific timeframe has been given. I am dissatisfied with the lack of openness and am kindly asking for my refund to be processed quickly.
