Betnano Not Crediting My Deposit – No Response for Hours

I transferred 200₺ from my Papara account to Betnano, but after 2 hours, the money still hasn't been credited to my account. My bank confirms the transaction was successful, yet it remains unprocessed on Betnano’s end.

Apparently, I needed to enter my membership number in the transaction description, but there was no clear instruction about this before sending the money. I even have the receipt proving the payment.

I expect immediate assistance and resolution. Where is my money? If Betnano fails to respond and resolve this issue, I will take further action. I demand my deposit to be credited or refunded ASAP!
