Missing Payouts and Unresponsive Customer Service at BetKanyon

My username is f***, and on June 17, I purchased 400 TL worth of Free Spins from the game "Sugar Rush" on the BetKanyon website. I played the game and managed to accumulate a balance of 2256 TL from the Free Spins. However, this balance was never credited to my account. It has been approximately two weeks, and despite reaching out multiple times, all I receive from their customer service is that they have forwarded my case to the technical team and are awaiting a response. Each time, they ask for my ID but provide no resolution. Their customer service, both via WhatsApp and email, has been unhelpful and unresponsive. Every message I send is met with the same generic response that has been forwarded to the relevant department. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue.
