Fixbet Failed to Add My Crash Game Winnings to Account

I played the Crash game on Fixbet through your Telegram channel a few days ago. About 2–3 days ago, using my account under the username A*, I placed a total bet of ₺1,000 on two buttons and cashed out at 17x. However, the winnings never appeared in my account — the amount I should have earned was never credited.

Similar errors have occurred before, where the game showed an error message (“error”) during play.

I contacted Fixbet customer support about this issue, but they didn’t provide any help. I expect assistance from the company regarding this matter. Since my game history includes many transactions, I don’t have a separate receipt or record of this specific game.

I’m requesting that this issue be urgently investigated and that my missing winnings be added to my account as soon as possible.
