Betpark Didn’t Add My 250 Free Spins After Deposit
On September 28, I deposited a total of 2,190 TL into my Betpark account. According to the campaign rules, anyone depositing 1,000 TL or more in a single day would receive 250 Free Spins (FS). However, despite making my deposit, the 250 Free Spins I was entitled to were not added to my account.
I contacted live support regarding this issue. First, I was told it was a technical problem, then I was told that once the issue was resolved, the Free Spins would not be credited, and finally, I was told that the campaign had been completely removed and would no longer be applied. Within a short time, I was given three different and contradictory explanations. I have been a Betpark member for 8 years, and this is the first time I have experienced such a situation, leaving me feeling misled. I also submitted a support request via email but have not received any response.
I successfully completed my deposit, but the campaign reward I was promised was not credited to my account. I demand that the Free Spins I am entitled to be added back to my account.
