BetKanyon Withholding My Withdrawal and Forcing Me to Play

I requested a total withdrawal of ₺50,000 from my balance on BetKanyon, making two attempts both yesterday and today, but in each case I only receive the message “transaction under review,” and the money is not deposited into my account. I faced the same issue before, and when I contacted customer service, I was simply told to wait. Most recently, a customer representative I spoke with via WhatsApp stated that since I did not continue playing after submitting the withdrawal request, the process was slow, and if I kept playing, the withdrawal would be faster. Based on this, I played ₺20,000 with my remaining balance, yet the withdrawal process did not accelerate. My withdrawal has now been pending for six hours, and I believe the transaction is being deliberately delayed or canceled to push me into playing more.
