About a week ago, I made a ₺1,000 manual bank transfer to my Betgaranti account through the Garanti BBVA mobile app. However, even after several days, the money has still not been credited to my account.
This is not the first time I have faced such a problem. I previously experienced a similar issue, which even forced me to switch to another site. This time, I made the transaction as a standard transfer, but unfortunately I do not have any receipt or payment proof available.
I am requesting that Betgaranti credit the ₺1,000 to my account immediately, as customers should not have to wait this long or repeatedly face the same issue with deposits.
