Bets10 Failed to Credit My ₺1200 Bank Transfer Deposit
On 29 August, I deposited ₺1200 into my Bets10 account (registered under g*************@hotmail.com**) using the bank transfer method. The money was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, and I have the transaction ID: 337900396 as proof. However, despite waiting a long time, the deposit has still not been credited to my Bets10 balance.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I have not yet contacted customer support, but I find it unacceptable that a completed bank transfer remains unprocessed. For a major betting platform like Bets10, financial transactions should be reliable and transparent. Players should not have to wait indefinitely or worry about whether their money will appear in their account.
I am requesting that Bets10 immediately process my ₺1200 deposit and credit it to my account without further delay. I also expect clear communication about why this delay occurred to ensure similar issues don’t happen again.
