Betebet Error Wiped My $33 Balance While Playing Auto Roulette

On November 14, 2025, at 6:58 PM, while I was playing auto roulette on Betebet, the site suddenly logged me out. When I logged back in, I saw that my balance — a little over $33 — had been reduced to zero. When I checked my Casino Pro history, it showed that a transaction had been made in a “Gates of …” game, but I absolutely did not play that game. At that moment, I was only on auto roulette.

I’ve been using this site since 2018, and I really do love it. This was most likely a system error. Please review my gameplay history, and I request that my balance be refunded so this issue can be resolved with support.
