Betebet Drained My $64 Balance With Unauthorized 160-TL Bets
On November 14, 2025, the balance in my Betebet account — approximately $64 — was reduced to zero even though I didn’t make any transactions. My username is i***5. When I checked my account activity, I saw that someone had entered casino games and placed repeated bets of 160 TL on Betebet’s own game, draining my balance. I definitely did not make these transactions. This has happened to me before, and this is the second time I’ve experienced this issue.
When I contacted customer service, they told me that the transactions were made by me. However, I did not play those games, and I am concerned about the security of my account.
I request that my balance be reviewed and refunded, and that the necessary security measures be taken on my account. I also expect a solution to prevent this issue from happening again.
