Betwoon Hacked My Account, Stole My Balance
I had an open bet so I couldn't withdraw my balance. Yesterday night, I placed my last bet and went to sleep. This morning, I woke up to find my entire balance had been zeroed out!
They can check my account history. I'm telling you, I have never played roulette in my life. I guard my password like my honor, and I only log in and out from my own phone. Yet, the records show someone logged into my account yesterday at 4:52 AM, played a single hand of roulette with my entire balance at 4:53 AM, and then logged out at 4:54 AM. All of this is in the attached images. The IP address used is not one I've ever logged in from before.
I never expected such a blatant hack and theft from this site. You've completely lost a loyal user, and it's a disgrace. Betwoon, you need to rectify this immediately! Return my stolen balance and take responsibility for this security breach.
