I Face Sudden Balance Reset on Supertotobet During Gameplay

On October 16, 2025, I was suddenly logged out of my Supertotobet account during a game, and my balance was reset to zero. I had $308 in my account at the time. When I contacted live support, they told me that a $288 purchase had been made in a different game — but I never entered or played that game.

I’ve experienced similar issues before and had already taken the necessary security precautions for my account. I’m not requesting any specific compensation, but I want to emphasize that Supertotobet should stop causing such issues and financial losses for its users.
