Betpark Balance Reduced By 2280 Without My Action, Support Denied Issue

On September 28, 2025, my Betpark account balance of 2,300 TL was reduced even though I did not make any transaction. When I checked my account activity, it showed that 2,280 TL had been placed on a game without my knowledge. I have no doubts about the security of my account—my login information is known only to me.

This is the second time this has happened within the last two days. Previously, my balance decreased even though I hadn’t logged in, but at that time, they refunded my lost money. However, this time when I contacted live support, they told me there was no problem and did not provide any help.

My username is Serkan242444. I request a refund of my lost balance and that the necessary security measures be taken to ensure such unauthorized transactions do not happen again. If necessary, I can provide screenshots as evidence.
