BetCiO Took My Deposit and Did Not Return My Balance or Respond to My Complaint

I'm writing to express how disappointing my experience with BetCiO has been. I thought my betting experience would be easy and transparent when I put money into my account, but it wasn't at all like that. Without warning, my balance vanished, and every time I tried to get in touch with customer support, I received evasive or no response. I promptly complied with the request for proof of the transaction, but nothing was done to address the problem. Based on the platform's appearance and initial offers, I trusted it, but now I feel duped. The absence of accountability—no one has taken the time to thoroughly examine or handle my case—is more distressing. I no longer have the money I deposited, and I no longer have faith in BetCiO's support or system.
