I received the Bestway Rectangular Above Ground Frame Pool Set (3.00 m x 2.01 m x 66 cm) via Hepsiburada on July 27 and assembled it on August 3. I specifically chose this pool because the product description explicitly states that it is "made of rust-resistant stainless steel parts." However, after using the pool for roughly 20 days, I disassembled it on August 23 and discovered rust forming on the frame parts.

The primary reason I selected this product was the promise of rust-proof materials. The fact that rust appeared after such a brief period is both breach of trust and a clear contradiction of the advertised specifications. Stainless steel parts should not rust under brief, standard usage, and seeing the components deteriorate like this has left me severely aggrieved.

I demand that the affected components be replaced with durable, truly rust-resistant parts as originally advertised, or, if a proper replacement cannot be provided, that the product be returned for a full refund. I expect a hassle-free resolution that aligns with the "rust-resistant" claims made in the product listing.
