Bestway Interlocking Floor Mats Arrive With Manufacturing Defects
On July 31, 2025, I placed an order on www.bestway.com*** for the 58220 Interlocking Floor Protection Mats (50 cm x 50 cm, 9-piece set) (Order reference no: 03ef88e5d4175). Immediately after receiving the product, I noticed that 2 of the 9 pieces had manufacturing defects. These two pieces had dotted holes throughout. Since the product consists of separate pieces, I had to use part of it.
To resolve the issue, I first created a support request through the Bestway website, but I did not receive any response. I then called the support line, but no one assisted me. After that, I sent an email, but I received an automatic reply stating that the email address was not active.
I am requesting that the two defective pieces be replaced with new ones. My delivery address is in Kocaeli. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
