Bestway Pool Develops Leaks After Short Use, Seller Refuses Help
I purchased a Bestway above-ground pool, model 427 × 122 cm (BW4205612X), on April 9, 2025, from the seller Feyza Outdoor Foreign Trade through Hepsiburada. My invoice number is eaa2025000000261. Since I started using the product in July 2025, the pool has consistently developed water leaks. The problem reoccurs every time I fill the pool, and as a result, I am unable to use it properly.
Regarding this issue, I contacted both customer service and the seller, but no solution was offered by either the seller or the technical service. I feel that my complaint has been dismissed and ignored. Even though the product has a 2-year warranty, they reviewed the photos and videos I sent and simply labeled the issue as user error, without any proper inspection. My grievance remains unresolved.
I request that my product be replaced under warranty. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.
