I transferred funds from my Binance TR account to Best Wallet, but the money hasn’t appeared in my wallet balance. I’ve double-checked the transaction, and it’s marked as completed on Binance’s end. I even attached the official receipt to my complaint to prove it—but so far, I haven’t received any response or solution.
This is incredibly frustrating. I trusted this platform with my money, and now it feels like it’s vanished. There is no proper support channel, no clear communication, and no guidance on what steps to take. I’m left in the dark with no access to my funds and no way to resolve the issue on my own.
