I Reinstalled Best Wallet and Lost Access to My Tokens—App Shows Constant Error

On April 8, 2025, I deleted and reinstalled my Best Wallet app. Ever since then, I’ve been unable to see the tokens I purchased during a private sale (ÇM sale). Every time I try to access my wallet, I’m hit with the same message:
“Something went wrong. Please TRY again.”

This error has been showing up nonstop, and I have no access to my assets. I don’t know if this is a widespread issue or if it’s specific to my account, but either way, it needs immediate attention. I followed all standard steps and trusted this platform to protect my funds.

Best Wallet, I demand a fix now. Restore access to my tokens or at least give me a working update on what’s going on. This is my money—you can’t just leave users in the dark.
