I Face Missing Presale Tokens in Best Wallet Despite Wallet Connection

I participated in several presale events and purchased various tokens using the Best Wallet platform. For example, the Solaxy token I bought through Metamask appears correctly in my wallet without any issues. However, none of the other presale tokens I purchased are visible in my Best Wallet, even though I followed the correct steps to add them.

After noticing this problem, I tried reconnecting my wallet and double-checking the token contract addresses, but the missing tokens still do not show up. Despite all these efforts, the situation has not improved. I have also contacted support but have not received a clear explanation on why my other presale tokens are invisible while Solaxy displays properly.

This issue is causing me both financial concern and emotional frustration because I invested in these presale tokens with the expectation that they would be safely stored and accessible in my wallet. Now, I cannot track or manage my assets, which prevents me from making timely decisions in the crypto market.

I kindly request that Best Wallet investigate this issue urgently, help me recover access to my missing tokens, and provide a clear explanation of what is happening. If there are additional steps needed from my side, please guide me clearly.
