I Can’t See My Solaxy Tokens in Best Wallet and Need Immediate Help

I purchased Solaxy tokens through the Best Wallet crypto application, but they are not showing up in my wallet balance. This issue has left me confused and frustrated, as I expected a reliable and transparent platform for managing my digital assets. I double-checked the transaction and confirmed that the purchase was completed, yet the tokens are nowhere to be found within the app.
There’s no clear error message or explanation, and I haven’t made any transfers or changes to the wallet that would justify this. Best Wallet must take responsibility and provide users with proper transaction visibility and asset tracking.
I am requesting immediate support to locate and restore my Solaxy tokens. Also, forcing users to write a minimum character count in complaints—even when the issue is simple—is unnecessary and only adds to the frustration.
