I Bought Presale Tokens on Best Wallet but Nothing Shows in My Account

I purchased approximately ₺100 worth of tokens during the presale on the Best Wallet app, including Solaxy, Meme Index, BTC Bull, Best Wallet, and Mind of Pepe. Despite completing the transaction, none of these tokens are visible in my account. I've waited patiently, but nothing has been delivered.

To make matters worse, the presale that began weeks ago still hasn’t ended, even though the price targets have clearly been met. They keep dragging it out without explanation, and none of the commitments in their whitepaper have been fulfilled. This feels extremely deceptive.

I’m not the only one experiencing this issue—many users are voicing similar concerns. I demand either immediate delivery of the tokens or a full refund of my investment. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be forced to initiate legal action. Trust in your project starts with honoring basic promises—do the right thing and fix this.
