Best Wallet Update Erased My BNB & Tokens – “Email Different” Error

I had BNB and multiple tokens stored in my Best Wallet account, but after the latest update, my wallet balance was gone when I logged in.
I tried logging out and back in, but then I started getting a "Email Different" error, even though my email is still in use and correct. I can’t access my funds, and this issue seems to have been caused by the Best Wallet update.
Best Wallet, fix this immediately! I need access to my wallet and missing assets. If anyone else has experienced this problem and knows how to fix it, please share a solution! This is unacceptable, and I expect urgent support.
