Best Wallet Support Not Resolving Missing Token Issue
Through the Best Wallet mobile wallet app, I purchased approximately $400 worth of Solaxy coins during the presale period. However, for the past 6–7 months, I have not been able to properly access my account. The last time I was able to log in, I noticed that the Solaxy coins I purchased were no longer showing in my balance.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Best Wallet, but nothing has changed and the problem has not been resolved. I still cannot reliably access my account, and I cannot see the Solaxy coins that I paid for.
I am requesting that my access to my Best Wallet account be fully restored and that the Solaxy coins I purchased during the presale be credited back to my account in full. I ask that this matter be urgently investigated and resolved.
