I’ve been waiting for months for Best Wallet to resolve a refund issue, and still—nothing has been fixed. I simply want the money either returned to me or transferred to my Mex account, but it continues to disappear without a trace. This isn’t just a minor delay anymore—this is a serious problem.

The amount doesn’t show up anywhere in the app or my account. I’ve contacted support repeatedly, but I keep getting the same empty responses. How long am I supposed to wait? Should I write poetry instead of complaints just to get attention?

I’m not the only one—many users are reporting the same problem. That tells me this isn’t a one-time glitch, it’s a widespread failure on Best Wallet’s part.
