I used Best Wallet to convert BNB to Ethereum so I could transfer funds to WEPE, but my $10 balance suddenly dropped to $4 during the process. On top of that, when I tried to transfer to WEPE, it demanded a 1.75 ETH transaction fee—which is ridiculous!
I have no idea where my missing money went, and when I reached out to customer support, I got no answers. This feels like a scam or hidden fees they refuse to disclose.
I want my full $10 refunded, and I expect real support, not silence. Has anyone else experienced this? Best Wallet needs to explain this and fix it now!
