I transferred ETH from my Binance account to my Best Wallet account, and while the funds arrived, they are not showing up as ETH. I can see the balance in my account, but it does not appear under any cryptocurrency, meaning I cannot use or withdraw it.
I contacted customer support, but I have received no response. This is extremely frustrating, as my money is stuck with no explanation. If the funds are in my account, why are they not accessible?
I demand an immediate resolution. Best Wallet must fix this issue and make sure my ETH is visible and usable. I expect a response and a solution right away!
