Bershka Promised Quick Delivery for a Coat, But It's Still in the Warehouse

I wanted to buy a coat from Bershka, but my size was unavailable in the store. The store employee assured me that they could send my size to my address within three to five business days. Initially, I was hesitant because I was going to travel out of town, but the staff insisted it would arrive in just two to three days. So, I agreed and made the payment. However, from September 5 to September 12, I've been tracking the order via email, and the coat is still listed as being in the warehouse. This is such irresponsibility. I repeatedly mentioned that I would be traveling out of town, and now I'm leaving tomorrow, yet the coat still hasn't arrived. I've made similar arrangements with other brands before, and it never took this long.
