Bershka Marked My Coat as Delivered but I Never Received It

I bought a coat from the mall, but they said they would deliver it to my home. I agreed and waited for the delivery. Three days later, Bershka sent me an email saying, "Your order has been delivered." However, I never received it—it hasn’t been delivered. I double-checked with my neighbors and building security, but there was no sign of the package. I also tried tracking the order, but the details provided were unclear and unhelpful. I even contacted customer service, but they couldn’t give me a clear answer about where my package is. Where is my order? Please resolve this issue and help me!
