Beko Service Issue - Unauthorized Technician - Misleading Information

I contacted a number I believed belonged to Beko’s authorized service for my television, and a team claiming to be official technicians scheduled an appointment for July 31, 2025. The technician who arrived initially quoted ₺9,600, then lowered the price to ₺7,000 when we hesitated. Suspicious of the situation, I called Beko customer service and was informed that the person who came was a private technician with no affiliation to Beko. Later, I received another call from a different number asking, “The technician quoted you ₺6,500, right?”—a price that was never mentioned to us, further raising doubts that this number was also linked to the same unauthorized service. Despite performing no repairs, they charged ₺600 just for inspection. When I detailed the incident to Beko’s customer service, their response was evasive and unhelpful, offering no resolution other than suggesting I pursue legal action. As a result, I canceled my official Beko service appointment scheduled for August 1, 2025, having completely lost trust in the brand. I’m sharing this experience so others can be more cautious and better informed.
