I Received a Defective Beko Deep Freezer and Beko Refuses to Replace It

I purchased a Beko deep freezer along with a Beko TV, spending over ₺80,000 in total because I believed in the brand’s quality and customer service. Both products were delivered on March 20. We were instructed not to plug in the freezer for 4–5 hours, which we followed. However, once it was powered on, two clear defects became noticeable: it made excessive noise, and there was a manufacturing flaw near the door—a warped section of plastic that looked like it hadn’t been properly assembled.
We called Beko service, and they came on March 22. Despite the obvious issues, they brushed us off, saying the noise and warped plastic were “within normal limits.” When we requested a return and replacement, they claimed they’d report it to the factory. It’s been days and we’re still waiting.

Both the plastic is lifted from the bottom and top, which I uploaded a picture of, and it makes noise like an old refrigerator. The service that came was indifferent and left saying there was nothing wrong with either. They said there was no problem even though the device is faulty. They also said I would be called on 24/03/2025. They entered it into the records as if I was called, but no one called at all, they even entered that into the system by lying. I specifically choose Beko because they stand behind their product, but this time they disappointed me. By entering false information into the system. I also reported it to the Consumer Court. I am complaining from there as well. Still, no one has called me.
