Delayed Beko Refrigerator Delivery and Empty Promises

I bought a fridge from Beko, but it hasn't been delivered yet, and it's been 22 days. It's the hottest time of the year when I need a fridge the most, and it's been 22 days since I ordered one. Unbelievable... Every time they call, they have a different reason why they can't come: 1. The item is on its way. 2. The item is sold out. How can a product that isn't available suddenly be on the way? This is carelessness at its worst! I don't want to be fooled by more excuses that aren't true. Please send me the item as soon as you can. If you don't, you should know that I will do what the law says I can do. Many thanks.
