Beko's Broken Promise and Delayed AC Installation

I bought two air conditioners from a Beko dealer on July 28, 2023. They told me the installation would be done in 10 days. But just two hours after I left the store, the service team called to say they would install it in a week. When I called the service today, they told me that the installation would happen on August 18. If they had told me this upfront, I wouldn't have bought the ACs; 23 days is too long to wait. This level of carelessness can't be accepted. Two families are having trouble because of them. Please change the time or cancel the appointment. When summer is over, I won't need the air conditioners anymore...
