Beko Fails to Deliver Promised Service for Faulty Refrigerator

Hello, on July 21, 2023, my BEKO refrigerator model 974560EB broke down. Due to the hot weather, they said they would provide service on July 26, 2023, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. They didn't show up, so it was rescheduled for July 31, 2023. Why did I buy the refrigerator if it won't work in the summer? I even purchased an additional warranty service, and they appear to be postponing the appointment just as the warranty is about to expire. They claim to be a world-class brand, but what good is that if you can't be there for your customers when they need it the most? The contents of the freezer compartment also spoiled, and I'm left wondering who will compensate me for my loss. Saying "I am a world-class brand" does not make you one; what matters is the quality of service. I will also notify the Ministry of Trade about the situation.

Appointments are given and then postponed on the day: On 21.07.2023, I received an appointment for my service request from the customer service representative at 4440888 for 26.07.2023 between 14:00 and 16:00. On the scheduled day at 13:56, I received a message on my phone number 05055499054 stating that my appointment was rescheduled to 31.07.2023 between 14:00 and 16:00. The date arrived, 16:00 passed, and the service did not show up. When I called customer service again to ask why the service did not come, the representative said that the service was on its way to my address, but no one came. At 16:36, I received a message on my phone stating that the service appointment was rescheduled to 02.08.2023 between 15:00 and 17:00. I called customer service again to inquire about the situation and received a response that I was not at my address and they could not reach me by phone, which is completely false. I was at home waiting for them while being in contact with customer service on the phone. I received another message on my phone saying (Dear customer, our technician has started service at your address). I did not see any technician at my address. Are these technicians ghosts providing service without being seen? Has the reputable Beko resorted to lying? It's a shame.

You did not provide a solution to my complaint; you only said that a penalty would be imposed for rescheduling the appointment to a later date and told me that I would be contacted as soon as possible. However, no one has contacted me, nor has anyone resolved my problem. How many days do you consider "as soon as possible"? If you had specified this, we could have adjusted ourselves accordingly. My initial appointment was on 26.07.2023, which was postponed to 31.07.2023. You also said "as soon as possible," but it is clear that 31.07.2023 was already too late. Whatever you do from now on is pointless. It is also clear that you lack credibility, Arçelik headquarters.

This service is supposed to be provided from space, yet my complaint still hasn't been resolved, and appointments are given in a mocking manner. When the day comes, they postpone and create another appointment. What is Beko waiting for to keep its promise? The message says your appointment has been updated to 11.08.2023, and then another message comes updating the appointment to 15.08.2023. How can you trust a company like this? In my opinion, every word they say turns out to be a lie. Lies continue; Beko has turned into a lie machine!

What does Beko customer service do? Are they so incompetent that they can't send an authorized service technician to the customer? I received a message on my phone number 505 5499054 on 09.08.2023 at 10:50 AM saying that my appointment was updated to Friday, 11.08.2023 between 15:00 and 17:00. Then, on 10.08.2023, I received a second message saying my appointment was updated to 15.08.2023. I don't know if Beko has fallen into a helpless situation with a service that gives appointments but doesn't show up, but another message was sent on 15.08.2023 at 21:43, updating my appointment to 16.08.2023 between 15:00 and 17:00. Yet again, no one came. What does Beko hope to achieve by doing this? Are you testing your customers' patience by giving appointments you won't keep? If so, congratulations, you have succeeded.
