Same problems over and over again. I got this BM4044 dishwasher, which is actually the third one they sent me, the product looks kinda messed up with wonky gaps in the lower parts that no one bothered to fix. Seeing all these, I sent the product back and now I'm just waiting to hear back. Also, I've noticed that after every wash, there are still water droplets that leave stains. The dishwasher doesn't really dry the dishes well, even though it's supposed to. Declaring here, not feeling guilty at all, this BM4044 dishwasher has no quality control and they're not even trying to fix it. As a customer, I just want a product that works perfectly and meets my expectations. all these issues and terrible customer service have got me super unhappy. I did what I had to do to report these issues and try to fix them, but it's a bummer that nobody has responded or done anything about it. The company needs to get how serious this is and fix it.
