Beko Refrigerator Warranty Denial Issue




We own a refrigerator made by Beko. When we made the purchase, we decided to invest in extra warranty coverage for added peace of mind. The refrigerator's shelf drawer is no longer functional. We reached out to the authorized service and customer service in hopes of getting this shelf part replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, they informed us that it was not eligible for coverage under the warranty. What is the purpose of having a warranty? Should we express regret over Beko? Does this company fail to support its own product?

An email was sent saying they didn't have my contact information. I called the company and they said to share my complaint again.

I have contacted your company at least 10 times, and the issue still persists.

The company has not yet responded despite taking it into consideration. Why are you playing with people's minds by saying you will respond from here? Is it fitting for a world giant like Beko to be a company that does not consider its customers and does not stand behind its products?
