Black Stains Appeared In Certain Parts Of The Beko Fridge Lately
About 3 years ago, we bought a fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher from Beko for my daughter's wedding. We've been seeing some black stains in certain parts of the fridge lately. We called for help right away, thinking it would be covered by the warranty. But we were surprised to find out that the problem isn't covered, and they said it was a mistake in how we used it. That can't be done because we use the dishwasher more often. How can something get so bad in just 3 years? Beko, you gotta fix this problem and make us feel better. I can't believe there are black stains on the fridge, and you won't admit it's your fault. We trusted your company and spent a lot of money on your appliances.
